Among them could be Ipswich Town's head of recruitment, Sam Williams, who previously worked at United as an analyst and scout.
Fixing the club's below-par recruitment across the last decade is among Ratcliffe's priorities at the start of his passion project, which Berrada and a new director of football will spearhead.
According to reputable EFL reporter Alan Nixon, Williams is on United's radar, having supported Ipswich Town's recent rise from League One strugglers to Premier League promotion hopefuls.
Williams has worked at Portman Road since April 2022 and has also gained experience at Sheffield Wednesday and Bolton Wanderers.
United share a good link with Ipswich, who signed Brandon Williams on a season-long loan and Axel Tuanzebe on a free transfer last summer.
