Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are chasing after a Premier League centre forward.
The San Siro club want to sign Newcastle striker Callum Wilson in the coming weeks.
While Newcastle are not eager to sell, Milan want Wilson on a permanent deal this month.
Per The Mail, Newcastle will now decide how much money they are willing to accept for the 31-year-old.
Wilson does only have 18 months remaining on his contract, but is a key player for manager Eddie Howe.
Earlier in the month, chief executive Darren Eales admitted every player in the squad has their price, given the club's FFP concerns.
