Real Madrid president Florentino Perez was delighted for the fans after their Super Cup win against Barcelona.
Real were comfortable 4-1 winners against Barcelona in Riyadh, with Vinicius Jr scoring a hat-trick.
Florentino later told Movistar: "There are a lot of madridistas in Arabia who have experienced a very happy night. It's normal for things like this to take place in two-match tournaments. We scored a lot of goals, people had fun and we transmitted to the fans here and around the world that we have a great team. We're going to work hard every year to deliver that satisfaction to the hundreds of millions of fans around the world".
