Former FC Nordsjaelland chief Pablo Moreno has recalled working with Brighton attacker Simon Adingra.
Moreno feels the Right to Dream Ghanaian graduate is capable of going a step higher than the Seagulls.
He told Marca: "Simon, unlike Kamaldeen [Sulemana], was more quiet and reserved. He had a lot of talent, but at first it was difficult for him and it was not clear that he was going to explode so soon.
"Although Brighton signed him early, they have been able to give him time. That 'sweet transition', passing through Nordsjaelland and Saint-Gilloise before arriving in the Premier, has benefited him.
"Kamal was more irreverent and daring, for a reason they nicknamed him the 'Neymar of Ghana'. Simon, on the other hand, is more versatile. He can play on the wing or up front.
"Where he performs best is as a winger. He is right-footed and playing from the outside to the inside he feels more comfortable, but he handles both profiles. If you cover his dominant leg there is no problem because he handles both and can come out from both profiles. He is very unpredictable. In addition, they hit him and, although he seems like he is going to fall, he stands up.
"He has a goal. In today's football it is important to have second line players who score 6-7 goals per season. Furthermore, he is very intelligent. He knows where the ball is going to land, how to profile or where to attack the defender.
"He has the conditions to play in a big club. His profile suits any team due to his versatility and adaptability. He is a team player who adapts to many different contexts."
