The father of Liverpool winger Luis Diaz has been freed by his hostage takers.
The National Liberation Army (ELN) released Luis Manuel Diaz on Thursday - 13 days after he was taken.
Military authorities say Diaz is in good shape and does not appear to have been harmed.
He was taken to the city of Valledupar, where he will undergo a medical examination before being returned to his family.
Colombian president Gustavo Petro reacted on X, formerly Twitter, with the message: "Long live Freedom and Peace."
