Aston Villa boss Unai Emery admits he's been impressed by Roberto de Zerbi's work at Brighton.
Villa host Brighton in the early kickoff today.
Emery said, “I don't know him but I always followed him when he was in Italy. He was at Benevento, Sassuolo and then Shakhtar Donetsk. When we were analysing some matches in Italy, he was working very well, and at Brighton I think he is doing more and more. Improving as well the details in their style.
“It's a lot of work, but I enjoy it. I like to prepare, analyse and tomorrow we are preparing the match in two days. We are preparing this evening and tomorrow morning. Really, I like to prepare for new challenges and style, Everton and Brighton are doing good work but they are different and I like to prepare the players for different challenges.
"Overall, I want to prepare the team to get our proper personality."
