Regarding HB257 (the “bathroom bill”), you know who’s not safe in public restrooms? Transgender women forced to use men’s restrooms.
Any guesses who the people are who, by and large, present the biggest danger to people of any or no gender, including cisgender women and men, in restrooms and in other public and private spaces? Cisgender men!
I propose, then, that we ban cisgender men from all public spaces. Mass shootings will drop to near zero, road rage will disappear overnight, and can you imagine the profound work that could actually be accomplished on Capitol Hill in the absence of any cis-menfolk? Unconstitutional, you say? Do tell.
