The resort features various dining experiences, including Santa’s Afternoon Tea at Panorama Lounge, where guests can savor festive sandwiches, pastries, and freshly baked scones.
Cantonese cuisine enthusiasts can explore Chef Jack Cai’s festive set menu at Kwun Hoi Heen, featuring dishes such as steamed scallops and braised sweet corn soup.
Special events include a Christmas Eve Roasted Buffet Dinner at Café Panorama and a Christmas Day buffet lunch, both offering a range of festive dishes.
The New Year’s Eve Countdown Party will take place at Café Panorama from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., featuring a selection of dishes such as black nori crusted tuna and grilled lamb chops.
From 10 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., the “Countdown Bash: The Finale Party” at Panorama Lounge will offer gourmet sandwiches, a variety of beverages, free-flowing beers and wines, and live music.
