The Civil Engineering and Development Department on Tuesday said it had submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment report for the Kau Yi Chau Artificial Islands reclamation. The project involves the reclamation of a thousand hectares of land off Kau Yi Chau, an island situated near Peng Chau. The project is currently at the study and planning stage. The Environmental Protection Department will now review the report.
