Fort Smith, N.W.T., health centre initiated mass casualty protocol for plane crash

Fort Smith's health centre prepared to respond to mass casualties following a plane crash Tuesday morning. RCMP and Canadian Rangers conducted a ground search, and located the missing aircraft west of Fort Smith near Slave River.
