Man killed in northwest Winnipeg had long-running feud with rival gangs in India, expert says

A man shot and killed in Winnipeg last week had been accused of extortion and sending money to gang associates in India, police reports filed in India allege. Winnipeg police are still investigating the homicide and say no arrests have been made.
