Cases of snake bites rise in NSW, with warmer weather and urbanisation possible factors in increase
The NSW Poisons Information Centre has received 320 calls for suspected or confirmed snake bites between September 1 and December 20, which is a 35 per cent increase over the number of calls during the same time period in 2023.
