Airline customer 'Charter of Rights' will allow refunds, compensation, as part of Aviation White Paper

A long-awaited blueprint for the aviation sector will be handed down today, including a promise to establish a charter of rights for customers to seek cash refunds when their flights are cancelled or unreasonably delayed.
