Reopening of Neville pub, once owned by Waterhouse racing family, brings town of 230 back from the 'dead'
Cousins Joe Bishop and Luke Symonds were in central-west New South Wales for a construction job when they heard a pub was for sale. Despite no experience pouring beers, running a kitchen or owning a hotel, they decided to make an offer.
