The Norwegian based company TB Marine, located in Drøbak just outside Oslo have partnered up with BNI Shipyard Indonesia, a well known shipbuilder and supplier to the oil & gas industry.

The two companies have combined their strengths and networks. This opens up for both European and Asian markets with the latest technology available. The shipyard designs various craft from eight meter commercial production boats to 90 meter custom built high speed ferries. Constructed in aluminum, steel or composite.

Singapore is located a 45 minute ferry trip from the shipyard. The advantages
of working and presenting the vessels in the financial capital of Asia. Built in a tax free zone are two key factors to the direction of the new venture. Being able to serve both European and Asian markets, with branded boats and vessels where there is a track record back to the 1960’s is expected to attract investors and partners for the latest technology and award winning designs infused into the new venture.

The track record shows over 120 000 boats built under TB Marine. With the latest technology and designs in-house, the expansion in both sizes of the boats and markets is expected to take market shares by the Vikings.

The Vikings are confident they will conquer the world at sea once again.
