Aesthetically, functionally, and conceptually, TUGZILLA is pure tugboat. With a boatbuilding future clouded by the coronavirus pandemic and its economic fallout, designer and boatbuilder Sam Devlin is using her to launch a sideline towing business in southern Puget Sound.
