BOULDER, Colo. -- Today, ION Clean Energy announced that Matt Vining will be joining ION’s Board of Directors as an independent director. Mr. Vining is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Energy Services, an energy infrastructure company backed by BlackRock’s Diversified Infrastructure business and brings over 20 years of experience investing in and managing businesses spanning the energy value chain. Mr. Vining has also served on various boards and served in advisory capacities, including Bluestem Biosciences, Inc. and other BlackRock-sponsored portfolio companies.
