GreenFirst Announces Plan to Spin-Out Kap Corporation

TORONTO -- GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. (TSX: GFP) (“GreenFirst” or the “Company”) announces that it intends to complete a spin-out transaction (the “Spin-out”) of Kap Corporation (“Kap”), whereby the shares of Kap will be held directly by the shareholders of the Company (as of the completion of the Spin-out).
