(“Superior” or “the company”) (TSX: SPB) announced today that Curtis Philippon, Executive Vice President, Superior Plus and President, Certarus has decided to leave Superior to take a CEO role at a public company in a different segment of the energy industry. Over the next two months, Curtis will be available as necessary to support the leadership transition of our Certarus business.
