JERSEY CITY, N.J. & REPENTIGNY, Quebec -- Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging, printing papers and janitorial supplies, today announced the acquisition of Les Produits Sanitaires Royal Net (“Royal Net” or the “Company”).
