The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho, has reportedly declined Justice Binta Nyako’s request to step down from presiding over the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu. Justice Tsoho has in
