ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police say a man survived a broad daylight shooting at a gas station Sunday afternoon. According to police, the man was shot prior to 2:20 p.m. at the Fas Fuel gas station at 3302 11th Street. Police said further deta
