Jeremy Vine issued a breaking news announcement on social media.
The hit show is back, following time away over Christmas and New Year, and the broadcaster has confirmed that his show will return to Channel 5 on January 1 at 9.15am.
He's promised a range of special guests and a full catch up after taking time away from the screen for the festivities. It means fans of the broadcaster who are looking forward to his fiery debates don't need to wait until the holiday season is completely over to re-engage with the show.
He wrote on X on the stroke of midnight last night: "BREAKING: We're back on @channel5_tv from tomorrow. Happy New Year from everyone on the team and we'll see you bright and early in the morning.
"Catch @theJeremyVine from 9:15am and @StormHuntley from 11:30am." Some perplexed fans had thought the message had been released early this morning, with one quipping: "This shocked me, and then I saw the date."

However, as everyone was occupied ringing in the New Year with fireworks, Jeremy had been confirming the exact time of his return to television.
The announcement is already dividing opinion, with one follower groaning: "Oh joy, the woke circus is back in town."
Another declared bluntly: "No you won’t. GB News."
However, someone else contradicted: "Brilliant. I've really missed my morning JV show, my favourite tv morning show & guests & storm show, but I hope you've had a fantastic Xmas & Happy New Year!"

Previously on the show, a furious debate erupted among viewers after a caller on the show unfavourably compared Prince Harry to Prince Andrew.
The caller had some open-mouthed as he began: "I think Prince Andrew has got a target on his back. Let's not forget, he is a Falkland's veteran, served for the country, just like Harry."
He continued: "Harry has made certain comments during the time he served. Andrew is an angel compared to what Harry's done to the royal family!"
Jeremy then mentioned Andrew's friendship with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, pointing out that Harry "didn't hang out with Epstein after he was convicted of offences against children".
However, the caller protested that Andrew had unfairly been found "guilty by association".
The lively debates causing a storm across the nation are set to continue when the show returns this morning.
