APITS: Buyers tell presenter Jasmine 'sorry to disappoint you'
In the latest episode of A Place in the Sun, presenter Jasmine Harman was met with a mix of emotions as she helped Barry and Angela find their dream home.
On the Monday show (November 11), Jasmine found herself under the Spanish sun once again, this time with the couple who had a substantial £225,000 to spend on their ideal Benidorm abode.
The search got off to a bumpy beginning, with the pair setting their sights on expansive outdoor space and a desire for seclusion, presenting Jasmine with quite the challenge. However, things took a turn when Jasmine revealed the final property on her list, leaving Barry and Angela utterly captivated.
This impressive four-bedroom home came complete with a guest annexe and its own bar, but it was priced over their initial budget at £275,424. Nevertheless, Angela and Barry were enchanted and seemed prepared to stretch their finances for this gem.
Angela, completely taken aback by the property, including its luxurious pool and vast land, exclaimed in astonishment, "I can't believe I feel like this!" Jasmine, observing their thrilled response, was clearly delighted to have met all their expectations, reports the Mirror.

With the couple's excitement reaching new heights, Jasmine allowed them some time to ponder their decision.
Yet, given Barry and Angela's clear enthusiasm, they seemed to signal to Jasmine that this four-bedroom villa in Spain was indeed the home of their dreams.
However, despite the positive response, a deal was not immediately forthcoming, and the couple had to deliver the disappointing news to Jasmine.
Angela began by stating: "We're 99 percent sure that we are going to put an offer in but I'm really sorry to disappoint, not today."

Angela continued to clarify that they wanted to further investigate the area before making their significant decision. Maintaining that the fifth property remained their dream home, the couple expressed their desire to learn more before committing financially.
Jasmine, although surprised by their position, respected their decision. However, viewers at home were less understanding.
One viewer commented: "Should of got it when they Liked it so much."
Another wrote: "I think I have only ever seen 1 episode where they actually end up buying a property...."(sic).
