Rebekah Vardy would reportedly be "straight on a plane" to Australia to confront Coleen Rooney on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, according to reports. Insiders say Rebekah "thinks it's hilarious" that Coleen has "copied her" with a jungle stint.

Vardy, the wife of footballer Jamie, took part in the seventeenth season of I'm a Celebrity in 2017, and allegedly hasn't ruled out a shock return. Libel rival Coleen is thought to be amongst this year's star-studded line-up of famous faces heading Down Under.

Coronation Street's Alan Halsall, Love Islander Maura Higgins and X Factor star Tulisa Contostavlos are also reportedly taking part, as well as Strictly star Oti Mabuse, McFly's heartthrob Danny Jones and TikToker turned Loose Women star GK Barry.

But it's the war of the WAGS that's thought to be the hottest topic with sources saying it would "make the best television" if Rebekah returned. "Becky would be straight on a plane if she had the chance," a pal told The Sun. "She’d love to see the look on Coleen’s face if she appeared. It would make the best television."

They continued: "But she imagines bosses have promised Coleen they have no such surprise planned. She thinks it’s hilarious that Coleen is copying her and it is only encouraging people to keep talking about Wagatha rather than leave it in the past. Becky has nothing to hide though she would be game to put on her camp costume."

Express.co.uk has contacted Rebekah's repressive for comment. It's been reported that Coleen's salary for joining this year's line-up overshadows Nigel Farage's £1.5million payment from last year.

It's thought Rebekah's legal time are 'paying close attention' to anything that might be said about their client after Coleen's news broke – she also shared a cryptic update on her social media amid swirling reports she was making a comeback.

"I take rumours as a compliment. The fact you're bringing my name onto tables I don't sit at shows your obsession. Stay bothered," she penned on her Instagram Story. Coleen's appearance is thought to be the 'ultimate revenge' after Rebekah's early exit in 2017.

The I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! line-up this year is set to feature a host of famous faces, including Alan Halsall, who missed out last year due to a knee injury. Coleen, Love Island sizzler Maura – swooping in after Tommy Fury's change of heart – and the ex-X Factor goddess Tulisa Contostavlos are also joining the jungle antics.

ITV chiefs have successfully roped in renowned Irish boxer and Mirror columnist Barry McGuigan. Oti, the darling of Strictly Come Dancing, and McFly's Danny, walking in the winning footsteps of his bandmate Dougie Poynter from 2011, are also expected.

The line-up isn't the only thing causing drama as the show has already been plagued with issues as the camp has reportedly been "invaded" by "poisonous toads. The famous camp is "under attack" from toads that could cause vision problems if they squirt toxins.

"As if there weren't enough things for the campers to worry about like spiders, snakes and ticks, now it looks like they'll have to keep an eye out for armies of these poisonous pests," the outlet reports. "They love ponds so the jungle creek and even the famous shower area will need to be monitored closely."
