Strictly Come Dancing made a triumphant return this weekend with the debut of Icons week, a first in the show's 20-year history.
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, the show's presenters, welcomed back the remaining 10 couples to the dance floor on Saturday (November 2) night, where they celebrated their heroes from both their personal lives and the world of showbiz.
However, not all can progress to the next stage of the BBC dancing competition, and an unfortunate exit is imminent. Judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel Horwood provided their expert advice to the couples and gave their scores.
Yet, the public vote could alter everything. Viewers will have to wait until Sunday (November 3) night to discover which two couples will face the dreaded dance-off and who will be sent packing.
Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal scored 22 points. Reality star Pete embodied Freddie Mercury for a Salsa performance to Another One Bites The Dust with Jowita. However, things didn't go as planned for the couple. Pete apologised to Jowita at the end of their routine and his errors were not overlooked by the judges, reports the Mirror.

Staying 'true' to his Welsh heritage, Wynne Evans paid tribute to Dame Shirley Bassey by performing the Rumba to This is My Life with partner Katya Jones. Besides showcasing his dance skills, the opera singer concluded his performance by powerfully singing the final lyrics, leaving viewers at home with mixed reactions.
Craig and Motsi gave the couple a score of seven out of 10, while Shirley and Anton awarded them eight points, resulting in a total score of 30 out of 40.

After showcasing their week's hard work, the judges awarded them 37 points - with Anton giving full marks and Craig, Shirley and Motsi each offering nine points.
Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec received a near-perfect score of 39. P!nk was paid tribute to by Tasha and Aljaz as they performed their couple's choice routine to What About Us. They nearly bagged full marks after receiving three 10s from Anton, Mosti and Shirley and a nine from Craig. Tasha was overwhelmed with emotion after her performance as she spoke to Claudia about the significance of the song to her.
Jamie Borthiwck and Michelle Tsiakkas scored an impressive 31. The EastEnders actor appeared unrecognisable from his soap character Jay Brown as he embodied his inner George Michael and performed the Samba to Faith with Michelle. They managed to win over the judges with their moves and scored a solid 31 out of 40 with Motsi, Anton and Shirley awarding eight points and Craig giving them seven points.
