Emmerdale viewers 'spot' incoming tragedy for Jimmy King 'sealing' exit after 20 years

Emmerdale viewers have been left fearing for stressed Jimmy King's health as he knocked back beer and enjoyed big portions of food in The Woolpack. During Wednesday's trip to the village (August 28), the businessman, played by Nick Miles, was left annoyed after another inspector arrived at his haulage yard.

The inspector was looking for dodgy fuel in the trucks but he was unware the whole thing was set up by Caleb Milligan (William Ash) who wants to get his hands on the firm.

Seeking solace over a pint in The Woolpack, Jimmy also cleared his plate after ordering a steak and kidney pudding for dinner.

After Caleb prompted Jimmy to wipe the remnants of food his face, he said: "I can't even get eating right", as he let off a sad expression.

Gail Loman (Rachael Gill-Davis) reassuring replied: "Rubbish, no one enjoys a big dinner in here like you do!", before Jimmy ordered a large bowl of trifle for dessert.

He then confided in Caleb about his current troubles including Angel being locked up for an extra few months after getting into a fight.

Jimmy also aired his frustrations with his businesses before offering Caleb to buy his shares of the troubled haulage yard.

But eagle-eyed viewers of the ITV soap are convinced Jimmy's stress and unhealty habits are going to cause him to have a heart attack.

Taking to X, one fan wrote: "Heart attack incoming for Jimmy, you heard it here first #Emmerdale."

A second replied: "Oh joy Bob the slob only had one not long ago.. but then the writers do love repeating the same storylines over and over."

A third stated: "Give him some mascara for afters Gail. Only 2000 calories, bet Jimmy would eat it too #Emmerdale", while another added: "Renta gub Jimmy never learns #Emmerdale."

"Jimmy is village idiot no1 Unbelievable #emmerdale", wrote another.
