BBC Breakfast hosts chat about beaches
BBC Breakfast saw a shake-up in its presenters on Friday after rarely-seen meteorologist Simon King was back in the studio with Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt.
Matt Taylor has been hosting the weather this week as Carol Kirkwood takes some time off. However, on Friday BBC weatherman Simon took his place.
As Simon wrapped up his latest weather forecast for the weekend, Naga pointed out: "It's not looking too bad?"
"Yeah," Simon replied. "I mean it's not bad, it's not cool..." Naga interrupted: "It's just not cool, Simon, it's just not cool."
He laughed and asked: "I'm not cool or you're not cool? Or it's not cool?" Charlie was quick to intervene as he asked: "Simon have you got a favourite beach in the UK?"

"Yes, I have," Simon went on. "It is called the Quarry.
"On a beautiful sunny day, warm weather, it is clear as anything. It is absolutely stunning, lovely sand."
"That does sound like you're fearful it's going to get incredibly busy as you have put it even more on the map," Charlie stated.
Naga added: "There is a lot of competition though, there are a lot of beautiful places in the UK, can you imagine trying to judge them?"

In March, BBC Breakfast descended into chaos after Simon was carried out of the studio by two stars of the Gladiators.
Fire and Steel made an appearance on the show to chat about the semi-final of Gladiators hosted by Bradley and Barney Walsh.
Simon awkwardly laughed and said: “Oh dear, I feel rather inadequate now.” However, Charlie decided to stitch their co-star up.
He shouted across to them: “Simon’s been struggling with the logistics of how to get on and off the studio floor today. I don’t know, can you help him with that at all?”
Steel replied: “I could just pick him up and we can go?”
