Ryan’s New York firm is one of the most successful in the country, crossing $5 billion (£3.9 billion) in total sales last year.
It has expanded to seven states across the USA, employing over 500 people across 19 states.
They set smashed records by selling a 36 East 68th Street townhouse for $57 million (£45 million), a price per foot record for that kind of property in New York City.
Serhant also boasts the sale of the second most expensive property in the entire US; an extravagant Palm Beach estate sold for $122.7 million (£96.1 million).
It’s therefore no surprise that Ryan has a rather eye-watering net worth.
As of 2024, he’s estimated to be worth an impressive $40 million (£31,3 million).
He’s also got more than financial success under his belt, and he can now count a place on the Netflix charts among his achievements.
Ryan is currently married to lawyer and fellow TV personality Emilia Bechrakis after they tied the knot in 2016.
They’ve also welcomed a daughter together, Zena, who was born in 2019.
All the more impressive is the fact that he achieved all this before the age of 40 and has less than 20 years of real estate experience; he started his career in 2008.
