Presenter Ben Hillman was left in utter shock during the latest episode of A Place In The Sun as a couple refused to view an entire property.
Ben was in the driving seat during Wednesday's show (July 3) and was on hand to guide Emma and Shane. The UK residents had hoped to find a beautiful, modern family home in Madeira and was keen to make the move relatively quickly.
But during the show, Ben was stunned when the couple shared their dislike for a particular property. The lovely home which included an outdoor private swimming pool, seemed perfect for Shane and Emma initially.
However, when they stepped inside, Emma didn't mince her words as she appeared to dislike the decor. Speaking confidently, she said: "I don't like it. It's beautiful but I couldn't live here."

The property included natural stone tiles and a good-sized living room downstairs. But after seeing what the ground floor had to offer, Emma had seen enough and took Shane along with her as they walked out.
After seeing their reaction, Ben couldn't hide his surprise. Talking to viewers at home, he said: "I literally can't believe what just happened."
Fans at home also shared their confusion to Emma's frank confession. Heading over to X formerly known as Twitter, one viewer said: "It looks beautiful, but I couldn't live with it," this was then followed by a gif with the word "huh" plastered over it.

But despite their reservations about one of Ben's properties, Emma and Shane did put in an offer for a beautiful home that was more to their liking. Putting down an offer of £195,000 for their potential new home, the couple hoped the owner would accept their fee.
Despite Ben making a promising phone call, it was unfortunately not meant to be for Shane and Emma as their offer was declined. Sharing their thoughts on Emma and Shane's misfortune online, one viewer said: "What a mediocre ending to a mediocre episode. Until next time, Folks."
While another also said: "That was uninspiring. Even by Madeira and Ben's standards."
