ITV This Morning viewers all have same complaint just minutes into show

As Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary appeared in their Friday slot to host the final episode of This Morning for the week, viewers all had the same complaint just minutes into the show.

Alison, 49, and Dermot, 50, bustled into the ITV studio, singing and dancing as they were met with a round of applause by people in the studio.

Dermot put his hands up to get the cheers to be louder, but unhappy with the response, the duo went back through the doors to do their entry again as Alison said: "That's better isn't it?"

However, fans weren't happy with all of the singing, dancing and cheering and flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their grievances.

One frustrated social media user expressed: "Oh for f**k's sake, f**k off with your f*****g dancing, all the f*****g time ... #ThisMorning."

Another unhappy viewer penned: "Jeez do they have to be cheered when they walk through a door #ThisMorning." (sic)

Somebody else said: "Friggin hell my head already #ThisMorning." (sic)

Yet another ITV viewer wrote: "Oh god was looking forward to the program until SHE came on #alisonhammond #thismorning." (sic)

A fifth exclaimed: "Patting themselves on the back as per usual #ThisMorning."

While a sixth added: "O'Dreary is being annoying already, especially when he keeps on going 'yeah yeah yeah yeah', he's so irritating #ThisMorning."

However, not everybody felt the same as one viewer said: "My fav duo is back. And Alison is looking amazing. She's lost so much weight. #ThisMorning." (sic)

Following their performance, the pair sat down to speak about the latest news topics with Gyles Brandreth as they got the show started.

This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and ITVX.
