was forced to deliver some bad news to over his beloved cider in the upcoming episodes of Clarkson's Farm. While working on the farm, The former Top Gear star received a phone call about how their cider bottles were exploding and needed to be recalled.

This led Jeremy to immediately call Kaleb, and the news didn't go down well with the farm manager. "Right, do you want the bad news or the bad news?" Jeremy asked before Kaleb replied: "The bad news."

Jeremy went on to explain: "The cider is exploding." He added: "Immediately Kaleb and I headed off to see if Rick, our lager brewer knew what had gone wrong."

When they arrived, Jeremy asked Rick: "Do you have any idea? Well first of all how many cases have been affected...how many bottles are we talking about?"

"Thousands," Rick promptly replied. "Thousands of bottles. It is serious."

Coming up with his own theories, Rick said: "It could be that the caps aren't on sufficiently well. It could be that there is some microorganism in there that is eating the sugar."

Jeremy suggested: "So there might be fermentation still happening in the bottles even though they have gone on sale."

Rick explained that was the "likely cause" of the problem to which the TV star asked: "Have we got any here?"

The Grand Tour presenter decided to open a bottle so they could work out what warning to give customers.

After they opened a bottle of cider in water, Rick said: "At the bottom of the bottle there is a white sediment." This indicated that the bottle had been affected.

Jeremy went on to decide what warning he had to issue to his customers and he had to do the wording himself.

He wrote: "F**k, f**k, f**k, f**k, there's been a massive c**k up and as a result, there is a very slim chance some of our cider bottles might, there is no easy way of saying this, explode."

He advised customers should pour their cider away and to "get in touch".
