NCIS: Go behind-the-scenes on CBS show

and Cote de Pablo have revealed the title of their new spin-off series following much speculation.

Earlier this year, news broke that a Tony DiNozzo (played by Michael Weatherly) and (Cote de Pablo) spin-off would be made, years after the beloved agents made their exits from the mothership.

Unlike the other shows, the Weatherly and de Pablo-led drama will be at home on Paramount+ and delve into the events of the ex-agents’ lives after leaving their jobs at NCIS behind.

Since the announcement, there has been plenty of speculation about what the show is going to be called.

For months, the 10-part series has been nicknamed NCIS: Europe but the stars behind Tony and Ziva have stated that this was not the chosen title.

Weatherly and de Pablo took to Zoom to make the big reveal which was shared on Paramount+’s Instagram.

After referencing a couple of the guesses fans had been making, including NCIS: Europe and NCIS: Trust No One, the stars shared that the spin-off would actually be called NCIS: Tony & Ziva.

“It makes it really easy because the fans will know exactly what the show is. It’s about Tony and Ziva in Europe,” de Pablo said.

While it is a simple choice, followers were ecstatic at the announcement and clearly eager to see the two NCIS icons back on the small screen together.

One follower wrote: “I'm so excited to see Tony and Ziva together again after all these years!!!”

Another agreed: “Simple yet fun! I love it! Can't wait to watch the new show!”

“I can’t express my happiness to see Michael and Cote on screen again.

“Broken heart is not broken anymore,” a third commented.

While someone else exclaimed: “OMG I am SO excited!!

“I have been waiting for Tiva forever just like the rest of you! I literally cannot wait for this.
