Jeremy Clarkson will be back on screens next year for the 35th series of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?. ITV announced this week that applications are currently open for hopefuls wanting to win the million pound jackpot opposite Jeremy in the famous hot seat.

Those confident enough to take on the show will face 15 questions on random subjects to test their knowledge. Helping them along the way is the choice of four lifelines consisting of 50/50, Phone a Friend, Ask the Audience and Ask the Host.

The audition and casting process for the new series will take place from 22nd July - 11th October 2024, with applications closing on November 15. While there is a long wait for the new series, previous episodes will be aired to fill the gap.

Jeremy, 64, was last seen fronting the show over bank holiday weekend in an episode from 2019. As the events unfolded, viewers took to the platform X to express their thoughts.

One wrote: "I can’t be the only one that hates when contestants try to make some kind of joke before answering EVERY question #whowantstobeamillionaire." Another claimed: "This might be the easiest run of questions I’ve ever seen on this show. #WhoWantsToBeAMillionaire."

A third commented: "Might be the easiest run of questions I’ve ever seen on this show. #WhoWantsToBeAMillionaire."

Jeremy has been at the helm of the ITV show since its revival in 2018, taking over from former host Chris Tarrant.

Three years later, the presenter turned farmer began fronting his popular series Clarkson's Farm.

The Amazon Prime Video show follows the ex Top Gear star as he navigates life as a farmer on his Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton.

Now back on screens with a third series, fans have been expressing their thoughts on events that have occurred so far.

During the recent fourth episode, viewers were left in tears when Jeremy's pigs gave birth to several piglets.

The heartwarming moment soon turned into a heartbreaking one however when she accidentally suffocated and killed some of her offspring.

In the same episode, another pregnant pig named Baroness was induced early and gave birth to premature piglets that didn’t survive.

The pig was then put down by the vet as she struggled to eat or drink and rapidly became more unwell, with a suspected incurable liver problem or cancer.

After the devastating scenes were aired, many shared the same sadness.

One viewer wrote: "Very emotional and heart-breaking seeing those poor piglets sadly die, same as Baroness the mother pig before the credits went up. It’s like saying a very emotional goodbye to a dying relative at a hospital."

A second commented: "Clarkson’s farm is back on & omg I am crying because of the piggies & the baby piglets #ClarksonsFarm."

Another typed: "Episode 4 of Clarkson’s Farm is not an easy watch #ClarksonsFarm."
