Christine McGuinness has said she "can't remember" the last time she was intimate with someone following her split from ex-husband Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness.
Rumours have been rife surrounding the love lives of Christine, 36, and Paddy McGuinness, 50, who maintain a strong relationship as they live together while co-parenting their three children - Leo and Penelope, 10, and seven-year-old Felicity.
Model Christine has opened up on what little romance is actually present in her life as she declared herself to be abstaining from sexual relations. Speaking on the Big Fish podcast with Spencer Matthews, he asked her how long she has been celibate.
She replied: "I can't remember, it's quite depressing, isn't it?" Christine added it wasn't a "choice" to be celibate. She said: "It’s just where I am at in my life right now, I want to focus on me.
"I've got three little children, I'm a mum and I love being a mum and I just want to spend as much time with my children as possible. I’m also quite realistic about what I can and can’t do."
Recently, the TV presenter also had to bat away suspicion of her dating Blue's Duncan James. Sharing a post from Duncan James, showing a newspaper article of them together and attaching a poll asking: "Do you think Christine is my secret girlfriend?", Christine added: "My celibacy continues."
The rumours began after Christine appeared to tease she was going on a date with Duncan after meeting on ITV's Strictly The Real Full Monty in 2021.
At the time, an Instagram user commented on one of the mum-of-three's posts, asking: "When are you going to admit you are in a relationship with Duncan James lol."

The mum-of-three added: "I don’t want to put myself in a position where I’m spending time with someone and it may develop into a relationship and I’m not quite ready for that. So I think it's kinder and better for everyone for me to just go, 'Okay this isn't for me right now.'"
"I met my ex-husband when I was 19. I’ve been separated for two years and never had time for myself. I’m not in a big rush."
Christine shared a clip from the podcast to her Instagram Story. She captioned it: "Celibate and satisfied! Not something I ever thought I'd say!" with a laughing emoji.
