Coronation Street's Liam Connor faces more heart turmoil as he continues to battle his bullying hell. Liam, played by ITV star Charlie Wrenshall, finds a secret stash of painkillers and swallows the lot.
Over the past few months, he has been through hell and back being a victim of bullying from ring leader Mason Radcliffe. Mason [Luca Toolan] even pulled a knife on Liam during one of his heartbreaking bullying sessions.
Despite his supportive mother Maria Connor being by his side, it has not been enough. He even contemplated taking his own life when his mental health hit rock bottom.
In recent months has had crippling panic attacks as a result of the trauma he has been through. But he thought he saw a way out when he found Paul Foreman’s secret stash of Benzo’s.

Liam and Joseph were spotted in a scene settling down to watch a film, when Joseph [William Flanagan] asked if things have improved at school.
This triggered Liam and he was seen struggling to breathe. The teen was forced to reach for his inhaler.
A worried Joseph urged him to tell his mum about his panic attacks but Liam refused as he didn’t want to worry her.
Joseph wanted some sweets, so he kept looking while Liam rummaged around in the cupboards for sweets.
To his shock, he found a massive stash of heavy painkillers which left him intrigued. to found Paul’s stash of Benzo pills and put them in his pocket.
The kids were left alone unsupervised as Gary was watching a careful eye on Sarah who was knocking back wine.
When he spots her heading home with another bottle, he decides to intervene and go over.
When Liam eventually returned home, he could not believe that Gary was not back and was left to his own devices. Feeling a panic attack coming on, he took out Paul’s Benzo stash and stared at them.
Meanwhile, Billy discovers that the pills are missing, with Joseph later reveals that Liam was looking for sweets, Billy panics. Alone in the flat, Liam lay on the floor unconscious, with the pill bottle next to him, leaving his fate unclear.
