Netflix teases new season of Selling Sunset
WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Buying Beverly Hills.
Buying Beverly Hills season two will welcome some new faces to the cast along with the Umansky family and its series one stars.
It has been 14 months since the dramatic real estate and family drama was last seen on Netflix, delving into the everyday workings of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Mauricio Umansky’s real estate company The Agency.
As well as his team of agents including Ben Belack and Melissa Platt, the daughters of Umansky’s estate wife Kyle Richards, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexia Umansky are there to help sell luxurious million-dollar properties.
More drama is expected for the upcoming series as since series one aired in November 2022, Umansky and Richards separated after 27 years of marriage.
As well as following the new family dynamic, some new agents are joining the cast for season two.

Who is joining The Agency for Buying Beverly Hills for season 2?
Tyler Hill
Tyler Hill briefly appeared in the first season of Buying Beverly Hills but will now be joining the cast full time for its second outing.
According to her Instagram bio, she is in the “top 1.5per cent of agents in the US” with the Ben Belack Group website stating that as a “fourth-generation Los Angeles native”, she has an “in-depth knowledge of her home city’s diverse neighbourhoods”.
In her spare time, Hill is an avid runner, having completed eight marathons, two half marathons and the Boston Marathon twice.
She is married to Kyle Hill with one-year-old daughter Harlow and adopted German Shepherd Harvey.

Zach Goldsmith
New Buying Beverly Hills cast member Zach Goldsmith has been in real estate for 20 years and according to his website, he has had a number of achievements in his career so far.
The site states that he is an “award-winning Top 10 Power Agent to Hollywood luminaries, Fortune 500 CEOs and industry innovators”.
It also reveals that Goldsmith holds the record for selling the highest residential land deal in Los Angeles which was businessman Paul Allen’s “The Enchanted Hill” which was on the market for $150 million.
In regards to his personal life, Goldsmith, who was born in London and raised in Los Angeles, is married to choreographer Jennifer Hamilton-Goldsmith who he shares two sons with.
Michelle Schwartz
Michelle Sschwartz is a managing partner for The Agency’s offices in Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Calabasas.
She has been described as one of LA’s “most influential residential real estate leaders” who previously owned a marketing and public relations firm, working with major companies like Reebok, Disney and Bank of America.
Away from work, Schwartz is also married and has two young sons.
Buying Beverly Hills season 2 premieres on Friday, March 22, on Netflix.
