Coronation Street: Adam Barlow knocked down in a hit-and-run
It looks as though there’s trouble on the way for Coronation Street’s Daniel Osbourne (played by Rob Mallard). Since Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) disappeared from the cobbles, Bobby Crawford (Jack Carroll) has made it his mission to get to the bottom of her whereabouts.
Official spoilers for the ITV soap reveal that Bobby and Max Turner (Paddy Bever) spend the night watching police coming and going from Lauren’s flat. Later on, Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) and Daniel call around to ask about Lauren.
However, things take a turn when Max turns and starts to quiz Daniel about his tutor sessions with the missing teen. After realising the dates don’t stack up, Max is suspicious of Daniel.
Deciding to go to the police, Max tells them about Lauren’s O-Vidz account. However, he’s shocked when DS Swain (Victoria Myers) reveals Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) already told her.
While Max is at the station, DS Swain decides to question him about Lauren’s mystery boyfriend. Although Mas confesses he never met, suspects it could be Daniel.
Later on, DS Swain quizzes Daniel about Lauren and their relationship as she suggests the teen paid for her lessons with sex.
He’s left horrified when the police drag up Daniel’s past relationships with Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) and Nicky Wheatley (Kimberly Hart-Simpson).
Realising he’s under suspicion from the authorities, Daniel demands a solicitor.
Bethany and Daniel listen in horror to a radio interview with DS Swain in which she suggests that Lauren was murdered.

Although it’s not just Daniel who is under fire when it comes to Lauren’s disappearance as Roy Cropper (David Neilson) is also in the spotlight.
He’s also going to find himself arrested in scenes next week after he was spotted by Max cleaning Lauren’s flat after she fled the cobbles.
Knowing that he was the last person to see Lauren before she vanished, could he be letting on more than he's saying?
Since Lauren’s mystery disappearance, viewers have been taking to Twitter to share their thoughts on what they believe could have happened to her.
@JamieSummersTV said: “I have a feeling that Roy is gonna be in court for murdering Lauren. He's either getting sent down and she'll eventually turn up, or turn up before sentencing.”
@amanda_tweets26 added: “I don't think she's even dead.”
