Olivia Rodrigo has been confirmed as the first artist to headline the 2025 edition of NOS Alive festival. Find out more details below.
Confirmed today (November 11), the pop star will be heading to the Portugal festival for next year’s installation, which will take place in Lisbon between July 10 and July 12.
She is the first headline artist to be confirmed for the event so far, and she’ll be taking to the main NOS Stage to perform on the first day of the event. Other acts on the day, as well as the headliners for the upcoming days of the festival, are set to be announced at a later date.
The slot comes after Rodrigo recently wrapped up her huge ‘Guts’ world tour , which celebrated her critically acclaimed album of the same name and performed to roughly 1.4million fans globally.

The announcement that Olivia Rodrigo will be headlining NOS Alive next year comes as news broke earlier this morning that she will be playing her biggest ever UK show with a headline slot at BST Hyde Park next summer.
She will perform in London on June 27 next year, and is the fifth artist to join next year’s line-up after Noah Kahan, Jeff Lynne‘s ELO, Zach Bryan and Hugh Jackman were all previously confirmed.
Support for the Hyde Park performance will come from The Last Dinner Party and Girl In Red, with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks. Tickets go on general sale this Friday (November 15) at 9am GMT and can be purchased here .
That isn’t the only huge UK gig that Rodrigo is expected to perform in 2025, as many fans have speculated that she could headline Glastonbury next year too. The rumours come as BST Hyde Park and Glasto 2025 take place on the same weekend “ meaning it’d be in close proximity to the Worthy Farm site as the festival takes place.
Similarly, she also has free slots on June 28 and 29 before she performs at Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on that Monday (June 30). If she is confirmed, it won’t mark her first slot at Glastonbury “ having already previously pulled a mammoth crowd to The Other Stage in 2022 .
Other rumoured headliners include Sam Fender and Green Day, while Cher is reportedly in meaningful talks about taking on the coveted Legends slot, which this year was taken on by Shania Twain .
Tickets for Glasto 2025 go on sale this week with coach and ticket packages going on sale at 6pm GMT on Thursday (November 14), followed by standard tickets at 9am GMT on Sunday (November 17). Tickets will be sold exclusively here .
In other Olivia Rodrigo news, the singer recently removed a song from TikTok after it was used by Donald Trump ‘s campaign team. The decision came as she is a vocal reproductive rights activist, having announced the launch of The Fund 4 Good initiative earlier this year as part of the ‘Guts’ world tour.
Ahead of the election, Rodrigo also endorsed Trump’s rival Kamala Harris, based on her stance on reproductive rights .
As for NOS Alive, this year’s edition took place over the summer and saw performances from Pearl Jam, Dua Lipa, The Smashing Pumpkins, Sum 41, Arlo Parks and more.
