Game Pass in September 2024
Xbox Game Pass is picking up five new games in September, including three day-one launches: Age of Mythology: Retold, Space Trucker, and Train Sim World 5.
The biggest addition of the month is a top-down remake of a classic RTS: Age of Mythology: Retold. It's basically Age of Empires, but with mythological units like Valkyrie and Minotaurs and god powers like lightning storms and swarms of locusts. You'll play as Norse, Egypt, Greece, or Atlantis civilizations as you gather resources and build armies. This remake includes all the original campaigns and expansions, adds a mod manager and controller support, and has robust online multiplayer support.
Otherwise, Game Pass in September is packed with driving and simulation games. You'll haul freight across the final frontier in Space Trucker, lead off-road adventures in Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, join a playground of extreme sports in Riders Republic, and master the rails of iconic cities in Train Sim World 5.
Additionally, six games are exiting Game Pass on September 15: FIFA 23, Payday 3, Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation, Slime Rancher 2, SpiderHeck, and You Suck at Parking. You can purchase those games for 20% until they depart Game Pass. Xbox usually announces new arrivals to Game Pass two times a month, so we'll likely get more additions, and removals, mid-September.

Star Trucker will be added to Game Pass for PC, console, and cloud on September 3.
Age of Mythology: Retold
Age of Mythology: Retold will be added to Game Pass for PC, Xbox Series X|S, and cloud on September 4.
Expeditions: A MudRunner Game
Expeditions: A MudRunner Game will be added to Game Pass for PC, console, and cloud on September 5.
Riders Republic
Riders Republic will be added to Game Pass for PC, console, and cloud on September 11.
Train Sim World 5
Train Sim World 5 will be added to Game Pass for PC, console, and cloud on September 17.
