Lego's upcoming Shadow the Hedgehog--Sonic's edgier reflection--set is up for preorder at Target. The 720-piece set costs $70 and is set to release on October 1. If you've ever wanted to construct the noggin of Dr. Robotnik's ultimate lifeform out of bricks, now's your chance to make sure you can do that this fall.

Once fully constructed, you can check out some cool Easter eggs hidden in this plastic bust. For example, there's a Chaos Emerald inside of Shadow, his base contains several gold rings, and he comes with a nameplate to attach to his display. This version of Shadow is based on his very first appearance in Sonic Adventure 2, a 2001 game for the Sega Dreamcast.
