Season 5 has arrived to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and the big update added two powerful new weapons and some attachments that you'll want to consider unlocking. Here we recommend various weapon builds you can try for multiplayer. You can find recommended loadouts for Warzone here.
The Season 5 battle pass includes two weapons in the free tiers of the pass. The Static-HV submachine gun is unlocked in Sector 6 and the STG assault rifle is earned from Sector 7.
The Quartermaster Suppressor and Paracord Grip are the two new attachments. These are a bit trickier to find and unlock, but here's our full guide on the benefits of these attachments and how to unlock them.
STG
Season 5's new STG is currently one of the best assault rifles to use for multiplayer. This weapon can be built to have very minimal recoil, making it really easy to use. The recommended attachments will further reduce the recoil, boost the ammo count, increase damage and bullet velocity, and help with firing aim stability. If you don't like the ironsights, you can always swap the stock for the JAK Glassless or other optic of your choice.

MTZ-556
The MTZ-556 is another powerful option for assault rifles in Season 5. The recommended attachments will help reduce the recoil, boost the ammo count, and provide an increase to movement speed and aim-down-sight speed.

Bal-27
Thanks to a buff in Season 5, the Bal-27 is now a powerful assault rifle to use in multiplayer. The recommended attachments will help you further improve the weapon's handling, give a boost to mobility, and increase the damage range and bullet velocity.

Static-HV
The new Static-HV submachine gun is one of the best options for close-range fights in multiplayer. The Static-HV boasts the fastest time-to-kill of its class, and the recommended attachments help boost the range and velocity, as well as improve the aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speeds. This gun has clean iron sights, but you can swap the ammo type for an optic of your choice.

Superi 46
The Superi 46 did receive a nerf to mobility, but this is still one of the most powerful submachine guns in the game. The recommended attachments will help boost the mobility back up, making this a solid choice for a run-and-gun playstyle.

Striker

Kar98K
The Season 4 Reloaded update made a nerf to the Kar98k's aim assist for controller input. However, it's still one of the best rifles to use for sniping in Season 5, and the recommended attachments will help improve the gun's ADS speed and mobility, as well as boost the damage range and bullet velocity.

The recommended attachments will help increase damage, improve aiming stability, and provide faster ADS and movement speeds.
