Call of Duty Season 5 arrives to Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone on July 24. The Season 5 roadmap highlights the new battle pass content, more multiplayer maps, and Warzone POI changes, and it also reveals all the wrestling superstars for the WWE crossover event. Here are all the major announcements for this new season.
New battle pass, weapons, and operators
Season 5 adds four new weapons. The Static-HV submachine gun and STG assault rifle are unlocked in the free tiers of the pass, while the spear melee weapon and Torque 35 launcher will arrive with the midseason update.
The paid cosmetics include WWE's Rhea Ripley operator, who is an instant unlock with purchase of the battle pass. Ivan is another new operator for MW3's KorTac faction, who is unlocked at Sector 16 of the premium pass. The extra-premium $30 BlackCell pass also returns with the new operator called the Reckoner, who is a veiled operator with an animated skin.
