and have officially ended their marriage, Us Weekly can confirm.

The former Bachelor Nation couple finalized their divorce on Tuesday, January 7. (Page Six was first to report the news on Wednesday, January 8.) Court documents obtained by Us reveal that Abasolo will keep their Miami home and 2021 Honda Accord while Lindsay will keep her engagement and wedding rings along with her California home and 2023 Porsche Macan. (The former couple did not have a prenuptial agreement.)

Lindsay and Abasolo met during season 13 of The Bachelorette, which aired in 2017. The pair tied the knot in August 2019, two years after getting engaged on the show. Us confirmed in January that Abasolo filed for divorce from Lindsay following four years of marriage. He listed December 31, 2023, as their separation date and requested spousal support at the time.

In July 2024, Us confirmed that Lindsay was ordered to pay Abasolo $13,257 a month in temporary spousal support along with $15,000 in attorney’s fees and $5,000 for forensic expert expenses. Court documents obtained by Us on Wednesday reveal that Abasolo “waives, discharges and releases” Lindsay from “any and all” future payments. Both Lindsay and Abasolo are also responsible for their own attorney’s fees, except for the $20,000 that Lindsay previously paid.

Shortly after news of their split broke, Abasolo addressed his split from Lindsay via Instagram. “If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I don’t like to put my personal affairs on social media and like to keep a safe space for our family,” he wrote in a statement at the time. “Many of you know me as a chiropractor, and also a husband, my proudest role so far. After more than 4 years of marriage, Rachel and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and start anew.”

Abasolo insisted that the decision was not easy but necessary. “Sometimes loving yourself and your partner means you must let go,” he added. “I wanted you to hear it from the source before the blogs start making up their own reality.”

Days later, Lindsay broke her silence on the divorce filing. “I didn’t think I would get emotional. … First off I just want to say thank you for people who reached out. I’m still trying to reply to people. You just never know how great your circle is until you see all the people that reach out and love you,” she said on her “Higher Learning” podcast. “Obviously it’s a difficult time, if you’ve read the headlines, and you’re probably wondering why I would even work. But to be honest with you I need to distract myself from myself and the best way to do that is to do something that I love and I love ‘Higher Learning.’”

Lindsay concluded that she would “eventually” delve deeper into the details of the split, but it was “not the time” yet as she was “just trying to take it day by day.”

In December 2023, Lindsay hinted at marital woes when she admitted on “The Viall Files” podcast that she and Abasolo had “totally different lives,” which contributed to their decision to put space between their relationship and social media.

“I just [was like], ‘I want to keep this for ourselves’ and, you know, marriage has ups and downs, but you never know when we’re good or when we’re not because we never put it out there,” she explained. “I kind of want to keep it that way, so when I want to share something, I do.”
