Following TAG Heuer’s recent Carrera Extreme Sport releases, the Swiss watch brand now opens a new chapter for its iconic Monaco Chronograph. Arriving in Racing Green, the reference continues to pay homage to TAG Heuer’s motor-racing heritage.
Coming in the Monaco’s usual 39mm case size, the latest iteration spotlights a silver sunray brushed dial, adorned with two green opaline sub counters. Accentuating the watch face with a touch of neon, the 12 o’clock hour marker and central seconds hand are coated in vivid yellow lacquer.
Crafted from Grade 2 titanium, the watchcase boasts a sandblasted finish, fitted with a beveled and domed sapphire crystal. Its open caseback offers a glimpse into its automatic-winding Calibre 11, which beats at a rate of 28,800 hourly vibrations and a power reserve of 40 hours.
Priced at $9,300 USD and available through TAG Heuer’s website, the Monaco Chronograph Racing Green comes with a rally-style leather strap in its namesake hue.
