Lavish destinations were the name of the game for RHUDE's Spring/Summer 2025 runway show, which welcomed guests to the picturesque avenues of Lake Como, Italy. Known for its luxurious resorts, enchanting scenery, and Y-shaped waters, the location bathed RHUDE's SS25 collection in rays of sunshine.
Hosted inside Villa d'Este's five-star lakeside hotel, Rhuigi Villasenor continued to evoke the American dream in an outdoor oasis on the opposite side of the globe. A mixture of streetwear and tailoring guided the collection onto new territory, opening the 41-look range with a cross-bedazzled tee and shimmering embellished denim. Pop-collared rugby tops were matched with fuzzy cardigans and faded jorts for a contrasting look, while enlarged Canadian tuxedos, calf-length leather basketball shorts, and "LAGO DI COMO" athletic tops are ideal for a deluxe holiday.
The collection continued with several RHUDE signatures, previewing patched letterman jackets in green and cream hues. Cropped outerwear followed double-banded bottoms and frayed workwear, while pearlescent anoraks and gingham tracksuits maintained a tranquilized aesthetic. Finally, RHUDE headed to the races with pristine racing and motorcycle jackets, completing the collection with pinstriped suits, flip-flops, and woven handbags. As the show concluded, Villasenor descended the hotel stairs to take his final bow, celebrating with guests under the Italian moonlight shortly after.
