First Look at This Year's Air Jordan 11 "Columbia"

Update: Plenty of Jordan Brand related rumors surfaced at the beginning the year, with the Air Jordan 11 involved in two notable ones -- a new "Bred Velvet" and the return of the "Columbia" colorway. Focusing on the latter, a first look at the familiar look has surfaced courtesy of @xcsnkr, revealing that, from what is visible from the two angles showcased, Jordan Brand has stuck to the colorway's original design. Compare it to the 2014 "Legend Blue" release above and stay tuned for additional updates as the sneaker remains expected to launch on December 14 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $230 USD.

Original Story: Diving into the new year, sneakerheads are starting to plan which releases to look forward to throughout 2024, with rumors and early looks informing the community many months in advance. Last week, the rumor mill was led by info regarding an Air Jordan 1 High "Satin Shadow" and an Air Jordan 11 "Bred Velvet" -- both set to arrive for the holiday season in women's sizing.

Adding to the list, the Air Jordan 11 is now expected to be making a return in its "Columbia" colorway according to a post from reputable sneaker leakers zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files. Last spotted in 2014 under the "Legend Blue" moniker (pictured above), its release was said to have resulted in $80 million USD in revenue based on the sale of over 450,000 pairs. While details regarding the pair have not been disclosed, you can expect it to draw from the original "Columbia" colorway with white joined by light blue detailing at the Jumpman logo and outsole.

At the time of writing, we're still awaiting confirmation from Jordan Brand that the Air Jordan 11 "Columbia" will be once again returning to shelves this year. However, it's currently expected to release on December 14 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $230 USD.
