 Fontainebleau has a number of terrific dining options to ring in the New Year, as Hakkasan, StripSteak by Michael Mina, Scarpetta by Scott Conant and Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina have all announced their New Year's Eve options.

Hakkasan, StripSteak and Scarpetta are offering two seating options. The first seating at 6, 6:30 and 7PM features a three course prix fix menu priced at $175 per person. The second seating has times available from 7:30 to 10:30PM and includes a four course prix-fix menu priced at $250 per person. Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina offers a more causal, family style three course offering priced at $79, with walk-in seating available from 6PM - Midnight. NYE MENUS
