MONTREAL -- TOMAGOLD CORPORATION (TSXV: LOT) (“TomaGold” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the second tranche (the “Second Tranche”) of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”).
