BBC Saturday Kitchen issues show update that leaves fans stunned
BBC Saturday Kitchen host Matt Tebbutt left viewers stunned on the latest episode as he issued a show update.
During the latest instalment, Matt, 51, was joined by Russell Howard as his special guest, who revealed that curry was his food heaven but cauliflower and kimchi was his food hell.
Matt then revealed that on the show's menu for Russell was either spicy turkey curry, as his food heaven, or korean fried turkey and cauliflower complete with a side dish of kimchi.
However, instead of letting viewers decide Russell's food fate, Matt made a confession as he admitted: "Now, we're not live today so Russell's fate will be decided by how good he is playing his family's favourite festive board game and all will be revealed at the end of the show", meaning there was no public vote in a show format change.

Later on the show, it was time for Russell to play Balderdash, which is a favourite Christmas board game for his family, as Saturday Kitchen created their own version.
Thankfully, Russell managed to win the game, meaning he got his food heaven of spicy turkey curry with Bombay potatoes and pakoras.

At the end of the show, after rustling up the dish, Russell teased Matt with his reaction to the dish as the presenter joked: "I'm not sure about that noise but we'll leave it there!"
Russell is known for his impressive comedy career, where he has hosted his own television shows, Russell Howard's Good News and The Russell Howard Hour, as well as appearing on Mock the Week.
